Refund policy

If returning the item it must be unused and returned within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be issued less postage if the following terms are met.

Custom Orders

The items I sell are made to order especially for you. As made to order items, all items are considered custom made. Due to the specialised nature of my products, I don't accept general returns or exchanges. Please make sure you check all details of the item before purchasing and feel free to ask me any questions you may have on the item regarding fabric and sizing.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Colour Chosen  

Refunds are not given for change of mind if the wrong colour is chosen

However, if you find a problem with one of your purchases, please contact me right away before leaving feedback so we can come up with a solution to the problem. If I made an error I will fix it right away.
