Shipping Provider - Australia Post

Please ensure delivery details are correct when placing your order. Pennidee Designs takes no responsibility for lost items posted by us to an address that has been incorrectly provided by the customer.

All postage will be sent with Tracking in either a Box or Parcel. A box will be used for breakable items to ensure that the item is protected. 

A tracking number will be emailed to the address used at Check Out. Please ensure that the email address used is one you check regularly.

Bundaberg Residence select the "Pickup In Store" option at Check Out to remove postage charges. Please only use this if you can Pick Up or we have arranged to hand deliver it to you (by prior arrangement) Note: If you choose this option and your parcel requires shipping I will send you an invoice for shipping before it is sent. 

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS - Australia Post can be unpredictable especially in peak seasons such as Christmas, therefore we ask that you allow extra time for delivery. Normal delivery period for National Orders is 5-8 business days. Please check your Australia Post Tracking Number by searching on the Australia Post webwsite, before messaging to enquire where your parcel is after it has been sent.
